Online Permit Portal
The City of Valley processes all permit applications online. Click on the Online Permit Portal link to access the application. Per section 108 of the international building code, permit fees will be doubled if work has started before the permit application has been submitted and a permit issued.
If you require a paper permit, please stop into City Hall at 203 N Spruce Street during normal business hours.
