Utility Payment Options
For your convenience, we offer the following methods for you to pay your utility bill:
In Person
Pay in person (cash, check, credit/debit card) at City Hall during our normal business hours of 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.
By Phone
To pay your utility bill by phone (credit/debit card), call 402-359-2251 during our normal business hours of 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.
Return the bottom portion of bill with payment (check) in envelope to:

After Hours Drop Box
If you are unable to pay your bill during our normal business hours, we offer a drop box located on the City Hall building next to the front door.
Online / Automatic Payments 
We have partnered with Xpress Bill Pay, the premier provider for online bill payment systems. To get started, log on to Xpress Bill Pay, and create your free personal account. Once you have created an account, you will be able to go online at any time to view and/or pay your bill(s). You will receive an e-mail to let you know when your bill is available to view online. The online bill will look similar to the paper statement you are familiar with.
To make your payment, select a payment type — credit card, debit card, or electronic funds transfer — enter the information, and you’re done! It’s that easy and only takes a few minutes each month. You can also set your account up for automatic monthly payments thru Xpress Bill Pay. This can save you time, money, and hassle, as you will never have to write or mail in another payment if you sign up today.
