Applying for Service
All customers wishing to receive water/wastewater service must complete a Water / Wastewater Service application and pay any applicable deposit. An application will need to be filled out regardless of whether you are renting or purchasing a home or if you are operating a business.
Applications can be completed in person during normal office hours, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM or by emailing the completed application to email@example.com. Please allow at least one (1) business day prior to when you would like the utilities transferred into your name.
Utility bills are sent out on the first day of the month and must be paid by the 15th of the month. If the 15th of the month falls on a holiday or weekend, bills are due the first business day after the 15th. All bills not paid by the 15th of the month will be assessed a $10 delinquency charge. If the utility bill is unpaid for two consecutive months, water may be shut-off. In the event service has been shut-off for non-payment the customer must pay the delinquent bill, the current amount owed and the reconnection charge. If service is reconnected before 3:30 PM Monday through Friday, the charge is $50. If service is reconnected after 3:30 Monday through Friday or on the weekend, the charge is $75.00. Returned items will be charged a $20 returned item fee.
