Frequently Asked Question:

Q: How do the partnership passes work?

A: Select the museum and date you'd like to visit. Complete the reservation process, and the pass will be emailed to you. Once you receive the email pass, you may show it on a mobile device or print the pass before visiting.

Q: How many people can use the pass at once?

A: Each pass is limited to one family per day. Family sizes covered under the pass vary. Check the details on each pass reservation page for how many people each family may admit with the pass.

Q: How many times may I check out a pass?

A: Each family may check out each pass once a month. This ensures all families get an opportunity to take advantage of the program.

Q: How far in advance can I schedule a pass?

A: Passes can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance of your visit.

Q: Do you offer any other passes?

A: We offer hard copy passes to Omaha Zoo occasionally in the fall and winter months. More information on these passes will come when passes are available.

Q: Can I use my Omaha, Waterloo, etc. card to check out a pass?

A: To check out a pass you must have a Valley Public Library card in good standing. If you don't already have a card in Valley, please stop by and fill out our registration form. Cards are free to all area residents!
