Sewer Rate Adjustment

On May 1 2023, the City of Valley sewer rate adjustments will go into effective. Rates are being adjusted due to an increase of the rates to pump wastewater to Fremont. 

Residential and Small Business Customers: Monthly base fee of $32.50 for 0 to 2,000 gallons and $5.00 per 1,000 gallon over 2,000.

Commercial Customers: Monthly base fee of $66.75 and $5.00 per 1,000 gallon.

Industrial Customers: Monthly base fee of $133.50 and $5.00 per 1,000 gallon.
