The City of Valley will be doing a Fact Friday series to help educate residents on City Government! 

• The City's general fund is funded by property tax.
• The general fund includes the office, building & zoning, streets, parks, maintenance, police and library. It does not include water or wastewater.
• Since 2009, the City's property valuation has increased 401% and the tax rate (mill levy) has decreased 88%.
