Consumer fireworks are allowed to be sold and discharged from June 25 through July 4.
Fireworks can only be discharged between the hours of 8 AM and 10 PM by persons age 16 or older.
Children between the ages of 12 and 16 may discharge fireworks only when under the direct supervision and immediate presence of an adult 19 years of age or older.

Please note, these are only a few reminders related to fireworks. Please refer to Title IX, Chapter 93 of the Valley Municipal Code for the full ordinances or contact City Hall at 402-359-2251 with additional questions.
