The City of Valley will be doing a Fact Friday series to help educate residents on City Government!
- The general operations of the City's utility fund is funded by water / sewer usage fees, capital facilities fees, new connection fees and meter sales.
- Funding for utility infrastructure projects can be supplemented with sales tax funds.
- All new construction homes on City water/sewer (TIF and non-TIF developments) pay a minimum of $3,000 in fees to connect to the City infrastructure.
